Deciding to Stay or to Leave

Many of us hate many things in our lives such as people, relationships, things but still stay and live miserable lives. This template helps in seeing the good in the people, relationships and things we think we don't like. You are forced to write five good things about them, and after that, if you think it is worth making an effort to save that relationship, love/like that person or enjoy that job, then go ahead and make that mental shift and take all the necessary actions. However, if the answer is to 'Leave', then it is better to do it right away than suffering, wasting time, getting depressed, anxious or angry because of these things.
